Temporarily, all orders will be confirmed by email after order is submitted to us through your shopping cart.
The additional order confirmations will include order detail, shipping and handling, sales tax, and payment request.
At this time you may provide the necessary payment information to complete your purchase or you may cancel your order.
We accept VISA, M/C, or PayPal.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Currently, all U.S. orders will ship UPS or USPS except for those shipped to Thurston County, Washington.
A $2.00 handling fee will apply to all UPS & USPS shipped orders.
UPS & USPS shipping charges will be based on package weight and destination.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail upon shipment of your UPS order.
We do not ship to locations outside of the United States.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to Washington State locations will be subject to applicable sales tax.
Orders shipped to locations outside of Washington State will not be charged sales tax.
Please contact us in advance before placing any sales tax exempt Washington orders.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
1. If your order has to be rerouted during transit.
2. Incorrect shipping address is submitted at time of order placement and your order ships to an incorrect address.
3. If it is necessary to reship an original shipment after being returned to us as undeliverable.
(Exceptions will be made if order is returned due to unavoidable circumstances.)
ECO Cents-ible Cleaning is not responsible for packages that are shipped to invalid or inaccurate addresses if the address was provided to us incorrectly at the time of order placement. Retrieval of these packages are rarely successful, and they do not qualify for shipping claims, therefore, the customer will be financially responsible for the value of the irretrievable package contents.

We take all necessary measures to process and ship orders as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Return Policy
Returns may be made up to 30 days from delivery date.
Returns must be in original shrink wrapped packaging if possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by ECO Cents-ible Cleaning.
Any insufficiently packaged return of merchandise that results in loss or damage during return shipping, will be credited for the undamaged items received by ECO Cents-ible Cleaning.
Shipping costs to return orders will be at customer's expense unless return is due to any error on behalf of UPS or ECO Cents-ible Cleaning.
